Turks and Caicos Islands — June, 2007
![]() Providenciales is the capital of The Turks & Caicos Islands and one of the most beautiful vacation spots in the Caribbean! The islands are located about 575 miles southeast of Miami, right next to the Bahamas. |
![]() Bryan, Kathy & I decided that this was the place for us this year and American Airlines flew us right to it!! |
![]() We rented a villa called Crystal Sands. It was located right on the beach, in a small cove, surrounded by the most crystal clear water (hence the name). |
![]() Every time you opened your eyes and looked out, the views were magnificent. |
![]() We rented a jeep and away we went! |
![]() At one point we even found ourselves driving toward a water spout. |
![]() ![]() But most of the time we found ourselves reading, writing or... |
![]() ...just hanging out in the water. |
![]() We took a boat ride over to Little Water Cay... |
![]() ...aka Iguana Island. |
![]() We did a little drinking... |
![]() ...and then a little more drinking. |
![]() ![]() We managed to put together a puzzle. |
![]() ![]() And of course saw lots of great sunsets! |
![]() But only one ghost ship!!! |
