Boulder, Colorado – June, 1993

Kathy stands in our room at the Boulderado Hotel, one of the nicest old hotels in the country.

Gold Hill is a tiny mining town in the mountains above Boulder. We stayed at the one and only Bed and Breakfast in town which is located next door to a four star restaurant. Can you imagine drinking a 22-oz beer at 22 thousand feet?

The "hummingbird lady" told us about this lookout point with a spectacular view. We sat there for hours.
